Property tour to convince investors that buy homes in Spain

Madrid. The Government of Spain has begun in London on an international tour to attract potential customers who purchase the maximum number of flats that form the vast surplus real estate.Development Minister, José Blanco, and Secretary of State for Housing, Beatriz Corredor, presented in London the evolution of the Spanish property market to potential investors, have highlighted the price adjustment, the available housing stock, reforms implemented legislative and legal protections available to them as the main buyers of the sector attractive for British investors.

This encounter is framed within the international reporting round being carried out by the Ministry, with the collaboration of the state society Invest in Spain, which aims to present the current situation of the Spanish property market. Besides Britain, the Ministry of Development will be in the coming weeks in France, Germany, Holland, Sweden and Russia.

“We are at a perfect time to invest in real estate in Spain.
